I want to underline some text but i need to activate the document right and i don´t know how to do it.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you need, but if you want to edit a PDF file after it was created with doPDF, you cannot do it. If you want to have underlined text in the resulting pdf, you'll have to underline the original text in the file you first converted from.
