graphics error

When I convert my MS word file to PDF with the program, many of my graphics and images do not appear on the PDF file. Any time this happens, the entire rest of the page is also blank and no text appears? What can I do to fix this?

Hello,
Please let us know the exact version of doPDF you are using from the About section in the Printing preferences area.
We have tested all the MS Word versions with our application and there were no issues of this sort so a sample of the file you were using when you encountered the issue would be of much help for us to troubleshoot this.
