Does any body have an idea or tool for automatic bookmarking in PDF file.

Hello,
Unfortunately doPDF does not have the option you have mentioned.
novaPDF can add bookmarks when creating the PDF file from other formats as explained in this article http://www.novapdf.com/kb/adding-pdf-bo ... f-124.html but does not work for bookmarking PDF documents that have already been created.
