v8.0.906 Paper sizes
I noticed the long list of available paper sizes in doPDF 8.
However, they seem to be in an awkward order, where various A-sizes are all over the place.
Would it be possible to arrange them a bit more sensibly, eg.
A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, ..., Legal, Letter, ...
Since the list is very long, you may also like to consider allowing the user to define a number of preferred sizes and thus make hte list shorter for day-to-day work.

We cannot re-arrange the formats as now their order is based on popularity (i.e. how often those formats are used). It's a good idea to customize the preferred sizes, we'll take that into account for a future improvement.
