Print jobs going to computer, not creating a PDF

I recently downloaded doPDF and everytime I select the doPDF printer, it actually prints on my printer rather than creating a PDF file. I'm not seeing options of where to store the PDF either. It's just like it's another physical printer and it acts that way. Can anyone help?
