Error 4364

Running W10 64.
After installing when using doPDF: Get message to start novaPDF server.
After doiing so and try again: Get "Licence not valid for printer doPDF 8 (error 4364)

What can be the reason for this?

Removed the novaPDFservice and now error 4380 occurs, but the novapdfservice is not reïnstalled.

Reinstall the application to get that service back.

After downloading an update for doPDF 8, I started having problems. This is the message that I get when I try to use the doPDF "License is not valid for doPDF8 (error 4364). Print job will be cancelled." I have tried uninstalling the program, restarting my computer and then reinstalling. This does not work either. I tried uninstalling the program, restarting my computer and then installing 8.8 and this did not work either. I need to know how to fix this.
