How do I disable GoogleAnalytics.exe for doPDF 9 and 10?
It keeps appearing on my Task Manager when I start my computer, and I need to get rid of it because it's making my computer slow.
Is there a good way to stop doPDF 9 and 10 from using that file?

Also why can't I subscribe to threads via email on this forum? Has that feature been disabled?

Hi, that option can be disabled during installation, it's the "Send anonymous statistics" checkbox.

However, if you want to disable the option to send telemetry data you can modify these registry settings:

Code: Select all

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Softland\novaPDF 10\doPdf10_Softland\SendTelemetry

(change to False)

Code: Select all

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\novaPDF 10\doPdf10_Softland\SendTelemetry

(if this exists, you have to change it to False too)
