doPDF Forum

Hi,
Used this product before to print from Louts Formviewer 3.5 (on a previous computer). Loaded to my new computer and doPDF to loaded properly, however, when I attempt to print I get this error msg - "error creating pdf file (the process cannot access the file because it is in use by another process)" I have NOTHING else open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I've tried using doPDF as the default printer. Nothing - help! Need this to work for my job....

Hello,
Please try to save the file in another folder with a different name if possible. Also make sure you have full administrative rights on the file in the new location.
After that try to print with doPDF again and let us know if you still have issues.
