If for some reason doPDF is not working, you can perform a complete uninstall of doPDF and reinstalling it to see if the problem is solved. Even if you use the normal Uninstaller included in the doPDF Start group, there are some files left behind that need to be cleaned up too, so here's a small guide on how to perform a complete uninstall and a reinstall:

Uninstall doPDF using the Uninstall option in the Start->Programs->doPDF 7->Uninstall doPDF 7
after it's uninstalled, manually delete the following files from the locations specified (there might not be any left, but if they are delete them):

dopdf7.chm

dopdf7.clg

dopdf7_en.lng

dopdfcl7.exe

dopdfpr7.dll

dopdfui7.dll

dpactx7.dll

dopdf7.ctm

from these locations (verify them all please):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\

C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\

C:\WINDOWS\system32
If the Windows version is 64 bit then remove the specified files from these locations:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\x64\3\

C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\x64\

C:\WINDOWS\system32
after those are deleted restart your computer and download the new version of doPDF from http://www.dopdf.com/ and install it. If for some reason the old version cannot be removed (files in use), you can try the above mentioned solutions in Safe Mode.
