Trouble Shooting - Problem uninstall & install doPDF
I am having problem with un-installing doPDF v8.3 build 931 - it stuck at 25% removing shortcuts.
The reason for uninstall the program is that I was trying to update to the latest version when I received the notification. This did not install fully last night and this morning - I cannot open any of my Microsoft Words and excel files - as this hang/not responding.
I have been trying to uninstall doPDF program - without success. Please, could someone help me here?? I am not very "computer savvy", so would appreciate straight detail instruction for getting this fix.
