Split footnotes - hyperlink problem
In WORD document, in cases when the footnotes at the bottom of the page are too long and do not fit on one page, it splits them into two pages.
In docx (WORD) everything works OK.
Using CTRL+clicks is responsive/works on the entire bottom footnote text. (Jump to main text)
After converting using doPDF from docx to pdf in these two-page split footnotes, there is a problem.
Hyperlink (jump from footnote to main text) works, BUT ONLY in the FIRST VERSION of the footnote. In the rest of the footnote text, as well as in the section moved to the second page, it does NOT work anymore.
The only method of improvement so far that I have discovered is to manually select the footnote text and create a hyperlink in a pdf editing program.

Did you convert using the add-in for Word or via the regular print option? You should use the addin as that one detects and converts hidden hyperlinks.
