Sending pdfs

Sending pdfs

I send out a newsletter as a pdf. One or two people have found it does not arrive properly. The text is garbled or non-existent. Do you have any suggestions as why this is. I use Windows 7 and Office 2003. I have just downloaded the latest version of doPDF. Thanks.
