what program do you print to pdf from? i think you might have enabled an automatic scaling in the program you're printing from as by default dopdf installs with normal settings and doesn't scale anything (unless you go to Start-Settings-Printers and Faxes, right click doPDF and select Printing Preferences, and change the Scale option in there or set a custom size).

I'm printing from Microsoft Works Word Processor. I can't find where I may have enabled an automatic scaling in the program. I did set a custom size of W: 5.25" x H: 8", but it works the same way if I choose predefined. The strange thing is that it says 166% and looks huge on the screen, but it looks normal if I print the PDF file. I hope this means it's okay to leave at 166%.
