printing emails on PDF
printing emails on PDF
I run Outlook express and wish to convert important emails to PDF format for easy filing.
When I try this, the actual message does not print out, only the headings: FROM, DATE, TO & SUBJECT.
I would like to know if there are any settings that I can change to correct this annoying result.
Also it would be helpful if this forum had a search facility to quickly find subjects.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
There's a search field in the top-right corner of the forum that lets you search through the posted messages.
Are you using the latest version of doPDF? If so, have you tried printing the outlook express email the same way you do via doPDF but using a different printer (i.e. a regular printer) - it might be a problem in outlook express and this test will show if that's the case.
