License is not valid

I installed do PDF8 but when i try to use it it comes up with the following message

License is not valid for printer doPDF 8 (error 15). Print job canceled

The version 8.7.943

Any ideas how to fix this

I had seen that suggestion however in the control panel it says it is started.
