Installing doPDF Without Internet Connection

I want to put doPDF on my home computer, but it doesn't have internet access. I get online at public computers, and I have a flash drive so I can put stuff online on it and take it home to put on my computer. Almost all freeware websites expect a person to have internet access, and as far as I can tell, they won't let me store the file I want on my flash drive. Is there anything I can do (outside of getting internet access) to get the software I want?
