install of .net framework hangs

install of .net framework hangs

when installing doPDF, .net framework install hangs, tried numerous times to no avail. windows update states that I am current with all updates including the latest .net framework available. Running Win 7 pro 64 bit

Try to install .NET separately from https://www.microsoft.com/net/download and only after that's installed correctly run the doPDF installer.
