How to Get Rid of Document Info Page

Hey there. How can I get rid of that last page that is not part of my original document that shows File, Directory, Template, etc.? It is always there, whether I select the Add document information checkbox or not.

I'm using doPDF 8 on Windows XP. (I know, I know...don't laugh.) (Well, okay, laugh.)
