Hi there Forum members
I've reinstalled doPDF and yet it still won't print in FF only in IE
Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks
Sue

Hello,
We have just tested the latest doPDF build and it is printing in Firefox without any issues. Can you please let us know if possible the link or the file you are trying to print in the browser so we can test in that particular case?
Thank you.

Sure
I’ve printed webpages with doPDF in IE successfully and yet when attempt to in FF, get error messages
Below are the latest error messages screen shots and outcome:

Error messages 1 to 3 = http://i56.tinypic.com/2sb6a7t.jpg

Error messages 4 to 6 = http://i56.tinypic.com/2ugfoqo.jpg
I've looked in My Documents and Desktop and couldn’t see the completed PDF as the print dialog box said

Oh dear
I’ve just checked and found out that a new version of FireFox is out (Version 4) and I’m using Version 3.6.15
Will download version 4 once posted this update and report back here to see whether Version 4 makes a difference

Hello,
Unfortunately the errors you have mentioned in the reply are related exclusively with Firefox and the way it handles the pages you want to print. DoPDF simply converts whatever it receives from the browser if it is possible to convert, does not manage the files/links in any other ways.
Thank you.

Thanks Softland for your reply
I think I've found a way round the non printing in FF
I now keep the Open PDF in reader checkbox ticked then follow the rest of the doPDF printing steps This action seems to have stopped the error messages and I've got PDF's via FF once again
Thanks for your replies and a great product

Hi,
Try following the steps in this article first:
http://www.dopdf.com/forum/topic/comple ... ling-dopdf
After this has been completed, try again with Firefox. If it is still not working but it is working with other browsers, the problem most likely is coming either from Firefox or some installed addons from Firefox. We are not having nay issues printing from Win 7 64 with Firefox 11 from our end.
Thank you.
