Fail to create PDF files on doPDF ver.8.0.915

Hi,

I'm using dopdf version 8.0.915 on Windows 8 32bit.

When I tried to create a PDF file via doPDF, the file wasn't created.
If I checked printer jobs page from "devices and printers", the job was still there with "Printing -Rebooting" status
and it couldn't be canceled.
(My computer isn't English one, so the message might be different.)
I want to know how to fix it.

Also,I want to know if this problem is the known issue on doPDF or not.

Can you try to reinstall doPDF? It might not have been correctly installed.

Is there a way to know the installation finished successfully?
Reinstalling doPDF might be a good way, but at least I know what status is the best about installation.

Hi,
I found a way how this problem happened.

When I try PDF file to PDF file via doPDF with that file shrinking,
doPDF will stop working and stuck in the print spooler.

I need to make the PDF file be shrinked,
so I tried the way above and failed.

Do you have the reason why I couldn't do this?
Is this the issue known one?
