Error message

Error message

Hi all, I've installed doPDF with an administrator account. After logged in with a normal user account I got the following error message:
"The language does not corresponds to the loaded files"

Hi,
Can you tell us what operating system you have and in what language? Also, can you open regedit (go to start and type regedit) and tell us what values you have for the following keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\noovaPDF 8\doPDF8_Softland\Language
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\noovaPDF 8\doPDF8_Softland\RegionalSettingLanguage

the value are
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\noovaPDF 8\doPDF8_Softland\Language =0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\noovaPDF 8\doPDF8_Softland\RegionalSettingLanguage =1

@eraynauld - what language do you have your Windows OS in? Is it Windows 8?
If you have your Windows in a different language other than English, please change the values of those 2 registry keys to these:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\novaPDF 8\nPdf8_Softland\RegionalSettingLanguage to be 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softland\novaPDF 8\nPdf8_Softland\Language to be 9
