Error 0x800D0709
Using DOPDF for a long time, I tried to install the latest version 8.6 build 942.
Insallation is rolled back and finishes with error 0x800D0709.
All indications to check and restart do not give any change when trying to install again.
I am working with the latest version of W10 with all the updates installed.

You have to fully uninstall any files related to doPDF 8.6 and after that retry the installation (verify in Services that you don't have a novaPDF service still remaining). There must be something from an older installation that prevents the new files from being copied.

Removing doPDF 8 had no effert on the novaPDF service. Removed manually. Reinstalling doPDF 8 now gives error 4380 now, becase novaPDF service is not installed.

Problem solved with installation of version 8.8.
