dopdf don't create any pdf

dopdf don't create any pdf

Hi
There is a problem on many PC(win 7, win 8, win 10). After printing to printer dopdf 8 or dopdf 7, documents stay in spooler(status printed) and pdf the document does not open in Acrobat Reader until I manually cancel printing this document

Do you have administrator rights?

I have administrator rights, but other users doesnt have
