I am using:
Windows 7 Home Premium
Internet Explorer 9 (version 9.0.8112.16421)
Update Version 9.0.3 (KB2586448)
The latest doPDF error message:
The active profile (Default Profile) could not be read from client computer. Please contact your administrator for more information.
I also received a "spooler" error, but I didn't save that (sorry).
The webpages I am trying to print are:
autotrader.com/fyc/searchresults.jsp?lastBeginningStartYear=1981&num_records=25&search_lang=en&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&search_type=used&distance=200&address=80303&marketZipError=false&make=KIA&model=OPTIMA&make2=&start_year=2011&end_year=2011&min_price=&max_price=&seller_type=b&transmission=&engine=&drive=&doors=&fuel=&max_mileage=&color=&keywordsrep=083088&keywordsfyc=__U1g%2C__&keywords_display=SX&only_price=1&sort_type=mileageASC&body_code=0&certified=&advanced=y&highlightFirstMakeModel=&showZipError=y&default_sort=mileageASC&systime=&isFlashPlugin=true&scarid=309442100&dma=DENVER_NO&rdm=1321650385345#
and
autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=310011767&dealer_id=67080&car_year=2011&systime=&doors=&model=OPTIMA&search_lang=en&start_year=2011&keywordsfyc=__U1g%2C__&keywordsrep=083088&scarid=309442100&highlightFirstMakeModel=&search_type=used&distance=200&min_price=&rdm=1321650385345&drive=&marketZipError=false&advanced=y&fuel=&keywords_display=SX&lastBeginningStartYear=1981&end_year=2011&showZipError=y&make2=&certified=&engine=&dma=DENVER_NO&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&only_price=1&body_code=0&isFlashPlugin=true&transmission=&default_sort=mileageASC&max_mileage=&color=&address=80303&sort_type=mileageASC&max_price=&make=KIA&seller_type=b&num_records=25&cardist=27&standard=false
The print dialog box comes up, I rename the file and select which folder to save it in, click “OK” and nothing happens. Sometimes the printer disappears from the printers listed on the system in the control panel.
I’ve uninstalled doPDF per instructions from doPDF website, deleted files from Windows/system32 … etc., re-installed doPDF and same problem …
Is this a conflict with Windows 7? With IE 9?
Additional note:
I ran through Microsoft's printer troubleshooter and it said it made a change to the spooler, (sorry, didn't save that one either), but I WAS able to print the MS Troubleshooter page, but even after that I was unable to print the AutoTrader pages.

Hello,
We managed to replicate the issue on our test environment and we are working to find a fix for it if possible.
Thank you for pointing this out.
