DoPDf and Mac Computers

We are sending out an E-newsletter to our members. The E-newslteer is created in MSWord and then converted to PDF using DoPdf. It works brilliantly except that our members with MAC computers complain that if they open the PDF only the headings and some info appear. Can you please let me know if DoPDF is compatible with Mac computers or are we doing something wrong? Ernst

Hello,
Please make sure you also select the Embed fonts option when you convert the word document to PDF before sending the newsletter to the members and you should not have any issues with the documents.
