doPDF and Chrome PDF Viewer

Recently I have run into an issue with viewing PDFs that have been flattened with doPDF in Chrome's PDF Viewer. Only some seemingly random letters show up. The rest of the text is blank. Only PDFs that have been flattened with doPDF has this issue. Other PDF's text shows up just fine and it is only Chrome's PDF Viewer that is doing this. Firefox and IE is fine. This has worked find for me for years but has just recently became an issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
