DoPDF 8.5 940 Install Hangs

Windows 10 Pro
downloaded latest installer from http://download.dopdf.com/download/setup/dopdf-full.exe
ran as administrator
installer hangs at 91%
Click cancel and nothing happens

Seems that my entire printing subsystem is now screwed. Go into any app (Word, Notepad, Chrome) and hit CTRL-P and nothing happens...just an hourglass. Awesome. This is after a reboot, btw

Most likely the Print Spooler service stopped and didn't restart for some reason. Go to Services, locate Print Spooler, right-click and select Start.
