doPDF 7.3 cannot used in windows7 64bit

doPDF 7.3 cannot used in windows7 64bit
Dear all,
I have encounter problem for doPDF 7.3.OS:windows 7 64bit;and install Lumension (portable device control software).
After uninstall Lumension, doPDF can use. But we necessary to install Lumension in company.
So i would like to know how to slove the problem.Thanks.
error message : "memory is not enough,""Network connection or the printer driver is wrong" .
Any idea? Please help!!thanks.
