Doesn't convert complete document

I have a 4 page newsletter that I need to convert but the doPDF is only converting the first 2 pages. What am I doing wrong, or how can I remedy this? Please help ASAP! Thank you!

Use the Print Preview option in the program you're printing from to see if the result contains all pages. If it does, send us please the newsletter to make a test conversion here too (info at dopdf).
