does not create pdf

I just purchased a standalone home computer with Windows 8 to replace a computer that failed that had Windows 7. When I try to print an Excel file using dopdf7, two windows pop up instead of one. The usual doPDF - Save PDF file pops up. A "Printing ?" box also popped up with this message: "Now printing [file name] on the doPDF v7 on OP7:" I browsed the file location where a wanted the file to save and clicked "OK" but the pdf is not created. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled the most current version which appears to be the one made available on 2-14-2013. How do I resolve this issue?

In our tests there were no errors on Windows 8 + Excel, so can you try creating a pdf from another application, such as Notepad for instance?
