Do PDF 9 Language Support

I have tried to update from 8.x to 9.
But there it is not possible to change the language , you can only choose english.
so I must go back to version 8 last version in 8.
When it is coming, or wgat is doing ?

when will be available the language "German" for the Userinterface of doPDF 9 ?
How to install/activate/choose the german language?
Where ist the right download?
