Cant Uninstall or install

i am trying to install new copy dopdf but it say "you have already installed dopdf 8.2 build 929" and if i click on unistall it get stuck on 18% while validating dopdf stating "there is a problem with this windows intaller package. a program require for this install to complete could not be run......."


how do i resolve this ?
