doPDF Forum

Seems to be very strange, I can send a test page to doPDF but when I go to a browser and try to print it says "No printer was found, do you wan't to install a new one ?" but I can see doPDF on the printers dialog.
Why is that ?
OS: Win7 x64

doPDF: last version (7.2)

We have tried all the popular browsers with the latest doPDF version on Win x64 but we did not have the issue in the tests.
Please try uninstalling doPDF completely by following this tutorial http://www.dopdf.com/forum/topic/comple ... ling-dopdf and give it another try after reinstallation.
If you still have issues you may also need to have a look at the browser for any issues there.

It gets weirder, It happens with all the browsers.
If I go to PDF-Viewer I can print, but not from MS Office or any browser.
Could there be a service related issue ? I mean, which services should be started ?

Unfortunately the only service directly related to the doPDF application is the Print Spooler one. You can check if there are any issues with the service and if you do not have any issues with it starting or running we suggest a Windows OS repair / reinstall.
