Can't create PDF from these web pages

I was trying to create PDF's of some web pages. At first when I tried I could look at the print status and it showed something like 5.62MB / 6.42MB printed and it appeared to be stuck. The spooler task was using 1 core of CPU time. After 10 min. I tried deleting the print job but it did nothing. I went into services and stopped and restarted the print spooler. Then I could delete the print job. Then I set it to print directly to the printer (bypassing the spooler). Then I would get nothing for output. It did ask for file name every time. The URLs:

It works here, can you test it on your system from a different browser, Google Chrome for instance? If it works then try opening Firefox without any of its plugins installed and print via it again - a success means one plugin is creating a conflict.
