Can't create PDF from Quickbooks

I just installed doPDF to create PDF's through Quickbooks (as advised by Quickbooks Support) and it won't work. A window pops up and says the following:

Could not print to printer.
Check your printer selection.
Printing may have been cancelled from another program.

You'll need to reinstall doPDF, it seems it wasn't installed successfully.
