I noticed the long list of available paper sizes in doPDF 8. However, they seem to be in an awkward order, where various A-sizes are all over the place. Would it be possible to arrange them a bit more sensibly, eg. A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, ..., Legal, Letter, ... Since the list is very long, you ...
