Hi, you have to install a pdf reader, such as the free Adobe Reader:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Once installed, it'll associate the .pdf extension so when you double-click a PDF file it will open it automatically.

<t>Backup4all is another product created by Softland (makers of doPDF) and, as the name (hopefully) suggests, it's a backup software for Windows. A beta of version 4 was released, so anyone interested in testing it can download it using the link mentioned below.<br/> Backup4all is a backup utility t...

<r>doPDF does not convert word bookmarks, but the hyperlinks should be converted if they're visible (for instance if you have in the word document a link like <URL url="http://www.novapdf.com">www.novapdf.com</URL> it will be converted in the PDF as a clickable link, but if it's like novaPDF - hidde...

<t>Did you do a test with a regular printer to see if it prints more than one page? If it doesn't, it might be a bug in Yahoo Logs and you should ask them about this. Another solution I'm thinking of might be copying/pasting the text into Word or something that lets you print multiple pages (again I...

Hi, unless doPDF is set as the default printer on that user's computer, you cannot print to doPDF directly without the printer selection window.

It'll be difficult to assume what happened without testing or seeing a screenshot. Is it possible to send the document to us at info[at]dopdf[dot]com ? You can replace the text with bogus information, I just need to see what happens. Thanks.

Hi Peter,

Unfortunatelly I cannot test this since I don't have Yahoo Logs (I assume it's an enterprise IM solution), but when hitting the print button from that application, don't you have a configuration window where you can set to print all pages instead of first only?
