We've recently switched to a new forum engine for doPDF and unfortunately the old passwords for user accounts couldn't be ported. Thus, if you want to login with your old username you will need to request a password reset here:

while I use DoPdf to print a doc document, I find it will not work if the file exceed 13 pages.(OS: Windows 7 )

Can you post here a link to a page where images are not printable from IE?

Also, in IE9, can you go to File->Page Setup and make sure the option "Print Background Color and Images" is checked before printing to doPDF?
