Hi,

It seems that the invoices are scanned images, because that would justify the fact that you are unable to select (copy/paste) the text. Can you right-click an invoice and save it to see if it's not actually an image?

Hello,
Please try to update Firefox to the latest version on your computer and give it another go. We have tested this scenario and all the prints were made successfully. Also, certain web content cannot be printed mostly due to permissions so that may also be the cause.

Hello,
doPDF works with any Windows standard application that contains a printing option. It is not interned nor guaranteed to work on a custom created software for DOS printing unfortunately. So we cannot troubleshoot this for you.
Thank you for understanding.

Hello,
Our doPDF V6 should work with any Adobe Reader version without any issues so upgrading to novaPDF V7 will not make any difference as from your details it seems the Adobe Reader upgrade that was made on the computer is the cause.
Thank you.
