Try opening the PDF with a reader such as Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader, as the links are activated by the PDF reader (if you have them installed make sure you have a newer version).

Does this happen when trying to print from another browser too (i.e. chrome)? If it's not happening only in Firefox, try disabling javascript in firefox (use the web developer tools plugin) and see if the printing works - if this will work there's a problem with the page itself.
