doPDF doesn't have a limitation in the number of pages, so something must have crashed during the conversion. Can you, as a test, delete page 745 and the one following it and try to print it? @Longstop, can you share with us the excel file you tried converting?

The problem is in the browser from which you're converting, before printing via doPDF go into the print preferences and make sure the size for the resulting file is the correct format.

Is the original file, the one you created the PDF from, searchable? You mention a searchable PDF, if you print it via doPDF and it results as non-searchable, can you share that PDF with us to do some tests?

Yes, from the DWF viewer options you have to do this: Use File > Print (Ctrl+P) and in the Print Range option select Sheets and enter the sheet number you want to print (if you select a range it will print all of them from that range). Hi, you can control the size of the resulting PDF by switching from 'High quality images' to 'Small file' when the Save as PDF window shows up. If it's already set to 'Small file', the only other way to reduce file size is to optimize the size of the images from the original document.

Sorry, we still don't have a solution but we'll investigate this after we release doPDF v8 (which we're working on now).
