Hi, this cannot be done for now because I think enabling markups/comments requires implementing digital signature. We'll look into this and if it's something we can add it will be added. Thanks.

So have you tried doPDF with a document containing double-byte characters and it didn't work? It should work with Japanese characters too, so if you can please send us a document with Kanji characters to info[at]dopdf[dot]com so we could see what we can do about it. Thanks.

Maybe you've installed an update for doPDF, as I remember we corrected a bug that was happening when in a document there were mixed landscape and portrait pages.
