Re: Bad Installation of doPDF 8.0.915

Re: Mark a Forum Topic Closed?

There isn't actually a way to do that, I can lock one though - however you can leave topics as they are in case someone else experiences the same problem and wants to reply.

@madmike - we're releasing a new build next week (early August) with some fixes so when that comes out please install it too as the issue should be solved.

Re: define paper sizes

@farnold can you please check on the about page of dopdf that you have indeed a build newer than 8.0.908 (that's when the custom size option was introduced)? If you do and it still happens, is it possible for you to send us at [email protected] the original document you converted from for us to test?

Re: HP driver problems with doPDF 8.0.911.0.

Please send us to [email protected] the log files located in your TEMP folder ( details here http://www.dopdf.com/forum/dopdf-v8-fai ... html#p6637 ) so that we can troubleshoot what happened. Also, Win 8.1 what edition is it?

Re: dopdf v7 4.01 MB VS dopdf v8 42.8 MB

I understand. Yes, the filesize of the setup increased now because there are new features included in doPDF 8 - given the HDD sizes now and internet speed we didn't consider a small filesize a priority.

Re: aol conflict

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by using doPDF with aol. Are you trying to create a pdf from the main aol homepage? If so, what browser are you using for us to test this here. Also, would it be possible for you to try creating a pdf from a different browser?
