Hello,
Please make sure you enable embed fonts option in doPDF before converting it to the PDF file because with all the embedded fonts the receiver of the document will be able to see all the fonts used in it.

Hello,
doPDF prints whatever it receives from the original application. It appears you have setup a large scale for the text in the drawing probably and it was reproduced in the resulting PDF.
