Hello,
Unfortunately this is related to the User Access Control setting in Windows 7 and the Internet Explorer 8 and 9 Setup forcing the users to print only in safe directories and we cannot do much as a workaround for this.

Hello,
Can you send us the file in question if possible to make some tests from here and find out the cause for the size?
We have tried some printing with JPG files but the PDF resulted sizes are within normal parameters for a file that type.

Are you using doPDF when creating the PDF file or a customized application?
Can you also let us know the doPDF version and build you are using and also send us the file in question so we can make some tests as well?

To see the details about your doPDF installation please access the Printers area, right click on the doPDF printer, click on Printing Preferences and select the About tab in the window.

Hello,
I believe this is a scaling issue unfortunately with Autocad. We had this issue before with large files using large scaling and doPDF has limited values for this document scaling setting.
