Please make sure you also select the Embed fonts option when you convert the word document to PDF before sending the newsletter to the members and you should not have any issues with the documents.

Also can you please check the Printers area and let us know if doPDF is visible there along with other printers and devices installed?

You cannot edit PDF documents with doPDF.


To be able to edit the PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat.
