All we can say at this time is that we have followed the Microsoft guidelines in implementing the specifications and technology for doPDF.

@traboulism - that video was created by another user, he already received the license for novaPDF Professional. You have to create a video in order to participate, read the first post.
It's strange, I believe Adobe Reader has a small problem, because we only send a "signal" to open the PDF, basically just like someone double-clicking a PDF file. Have you tried a different pdf viewer, like Foxit PDF reader (free too)? You would have to set it as the default.
Use the Print Preview option in the program you're printing from to see if the result contains all pages. If it does, send us please the newsletter to make a test conversion here too (info at dopdf).
