Hello,
doPDF works with any Windows standard application that contains a printing option. It is not interned nor guaranteed to work on a custom created software for DOS printing unfortunately. So we cannot troubleshoot this for you.

Our doPDF V6 should work with any Adobe Reader version without any issues so upgrading to novaPDF V7 will not make any difference as from your details it seems the Adobe Reader upgrade that was made on the computer is the cause.

doPDF is a virtual printer not a physical one, it has not been tested and does not offer support for such applications unfortunately.
