Does it work when you print from a regular .txt document for instance, say Notepad? If that shows an error too try to reinstall it.

Try to install .NET separately from https://www.microsoft.com/net/download and only after that's installed correctly run the doPDF installer.

It might be an issue with the page you are printing. Try printing from another browser too (i.e. Chrome).

Make sure you download and install the full installer here:
http://download.dopdf.com/download/setup/dopdf-full.exe

If the download finishes correctly the final size will be 49.4Mb.

Reinstall the application to get that service back.

Just launch the installer, it will overwrite the existing installation of 8.x

Please download the latest version.
