Hi burkhurdar, instead of clicking on the Update alert please uninstall doPDF first and after that restart your computer. Download the latest version and install it after that.

Hi,
Please uninstall the current version, restart the computer and reinstall the new one. It might be an issue due to the fact that you upgraded to Windows 10.

It's strange, it shouldn't set itself as the default printer unless you send in the param. There's no param to specifically not put it default.

You cannot use doPDF with Citrix but we have a commercial program, novaPDF, that you can use via Citrix.

Probably a problem with the print spooler, just try to restart the Print Spool service.

I've opened your Word document and the right margin doesn't exist in the word either, plus it sends a warning "margins too narrow...". The issue might be with Word rather than dopdf, can you try to increase the margin-right a bit?
